• You are purchasing a 1 year Mentorship, which includes:
• ​​​​​Specific intellectual property belonging to Danielle Serpico – which includes steps & advice in how to have  more effective communication and ability to coach - which is for your use but not to sell or promote as your own intellectual property.
• ​​​​THE COMMUNITY: 1 Years Support in a Private Online Community with other NLP Students (Practitioner or Masters) of Danielle Serpico
• ​THE COACHING: By- weekly Intimate Group Q&A Sessions and Coaching/NLP practice sessions with Danielle 
• Private Support Group where you can ask others or Danielle for feedback.
• This Terms of Purchase & Community Guidelines are the entire agreement between us. This Terms of Purchase supersede our prior discussions, emails, calls, online or voice messages. 
• Refunds:
  This Mentorship program has a no refunds policy and you fully acknowledge and recognise that by completing this purchase, you acknowledge and agree not to initiate a chargeback or cancel your payment plan. If you initiate either of these, the full balance is payable immediately to Danielle Serpico.
•  By completing this purchase, you acknowledge, agree, and authorise us to charge your card on a recurring basis for these following payments.
•  Please note if you are paying in instalments: 
• If your card account is declined for any reason (insufficient credit, closed, expired, or other reason), we will contact you to update your payment information. You agree to do so within 5 business days. Failure to update your account information will cause your access to the program, calls and FB support community group and bonuses to be suspended until payment is made. This is not a pay by month, or pay for partial access, situation, which would not be fair to those who have committed to the entire payment plan. You will not be refunded. By completing this purchase, you acknowledge and agree to pay all instalments.
•  License to content:
  You are receiving one license for personal access and implementation of the material in this program. You are in violation of copyright laws and contract law if you use the material for any other purpose, including making derivative materials, selling it, sharing it with others who are not program members, training others in the program material, displaying it publicly or on the internet, and/or sharing any intellectual property.

If you do take any of these actions, you will be in breach of copyright and contract laws and so will be released from the program and asked to take down any materials used immediately.

This contract is governed by the law of Ireland, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. You agree without reservation to personal jurisdiction in Ireland courts in the event of dispute concerning this agreement or your use of this course.
